Remember that engine control unit X_BMS is not read by ENET. With my obd 16 pin i have possibility to use ETHERNET and DCAN protocol, respectively with ENET and ICOM set as dcan. The ethernet is used only for the flash of the TFT that with ethernet protocol and much faster the flashing. it is indifferent to have a single or two separate ones. keep good original 10 pin round OBD for dcan (ICOM) and add a new 16 pin OBD for ethernet(ENET) by bringing the 5 ethernet cables from the TFT. In any case is possible to have two different OBD. My second OBD have just dcan and ethernet, unfortunately I remembered badly. In my case my original round OBD 10 pin has 4 wire for dcan : If you notice in my previous posts, I had a problem that only by coding the TFT did I always get a GS ADV as shown in the TFT menu where the bike is shown. This made it possible to calculate the TAL and consequently flash it with the same software version, in practice overwriting. įor this, I had to manually edit all the patch numbers and related sub-patches of the KOMBI3 with esys svt editor taken from a motorcycle svt with TFT but programmed to an older version. What does it mean ? When I went to perform the TAL (TransActionLine) calculation with esys for TFT flashing, was not offered any updates for. In my case, tft was new and consequently had the latest preloaded software (corresponding at my psdzdata). I confirm you that esys is necessary 100%. If you need help to edit it, please send me directly a copy of your original FA. Click to expand. You need to use esys in any case to edit FA, and then write it in the VCM, otherwise ista will not see the KOMBI3 and consequently it will not be possible to flash it.
